Read three academic texts totaling about 2,150–2,750 words. Texts come from books, journals, magazines, newspapers, and online resources for a non-specialist audience.
1Academic Texts
Expect descriptive, narrative, and argumentative writing; at least one text contains detailed logical argument.
2Question Types
Practice multiple choice, True/False/Not Given, Yes/No/Not Given, matching tasks, completion tasks, diagram labels, and short answers.
3Answer Limits
Follow every word limit exactly and check spelling and grammar. Reading provides no extra answer-transfer time.
